Bonus — My Parisian Food Recommendations
After a day of scientific exchange, enjoy a taste of the Parisian way of life. Around the Palais des Congrès, you will find excellent restaurants to share a meal with colleagues and discover French cuisine. Bon appétit !
Le Congrès Maillot — A classic Parisian brasserie, perfect for traditional French dishes.
Monsieur Maillot — A warm and elegant brasserie for a relaxed dinner.
Chez Gabrielle — A charming address for a refined French dining experience.
Il Grano — A great option for fresh Italian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
I hope these recommendations will help you discover Paris beyond the congress venue and create memorable moments during these days of scientific exchange, friendship and innovation.
I look forward to welcoming you to JFR 2026 and sharing with you the unique spirit of Paris.
Warm regards,
